How we use your details

This notice covers the details you send through the contact form on this website. The site is run by MSB Property Maintenance.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, address or postcode, the service you are asking about and your message. We also record the time the form was sent and the network address it came from, which helps us stop automated misuse of the form.

What we do with it

Your enquiry is emailed to the team at MSB Property Maintenance and kept in our enquiry records so that we can reply, arrange a visit and send you a quote. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services to do this. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If you become a customer, your details are kept for as long as we need them to do the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

The email service that delivers your enquiry to us, and the company that hosts this website, process your details on our behalf. Neither uses them for its own purposes.

Cookies

The site sets one small cookie that keeps the contact form secure against forged submissions. It holds no personal information and expires within a day. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our using it. Email michelle@msbpropertymaintenance.co.uk or call 07889 687404. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
